PC is presenting a black screen and restarts when I play games. LiveKernelEvent Code 141

My pc has been crashing and restarting everytime I play games. I have tried a ton of different things and it keeps on happening. My hardware isn't overheating, I ran Windows Memory diagnostic and found nothing wrong, my drives are fine, and I've reinstalled my gpu drivers with DDU and NVcleaninstall and nothing has worked so far.
