Installed Adobe Dreamweaver on Windows 11 and have question

I installed Adobe Dreamweaver 2021 on my Windows 11 laptop last night, and now whenever I boot up to the desktop it asks me to choose a program to open some sort of 'JS File' and I cannot figure out why this is happening....Can someone explain this to me please, I have checked Settings>Apps>Startup but cannot find Dreamweaver anywhere in the list of apps there??Was installing Dreamweaver what is causing this to happen, and if so how can I stop it??Thanks in advance!!
