Guest deano77 Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 I used to get pop-up calendar reminders when booting up WXPSP2. There was a reinstall of XP several months ago after my hard drive crashed. Before that I depended on the pop-up reminders. How can I get XP/Works Calendar to resume that action? Thanks for the help. deano77.
Guest JoshG Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 RE: No longer get Works Calendar pop-up reminders. cant you go through control panel into updates and set ti that way, i am assumign that you are refering to support package downaloads. also you can try doign it manually through microsofts website, to start the update process, it may kick in once you are do that. -- JG "deano77" wrote: > I used to get pop-up calendar reminders when booting up WXPSP2. Thanks for the help. deano77. I believe you have to set the reminders from within Works Calendar. Double click on your reminder and choose whether to open just this occurrence or all occurrences. On the right side you should see the word Reminder. Click the down arrow and make your selection. If that does not work then post in the Works group at Microsoft.public.works.win. -- Cajunswabbie U.S.N, Retired
