I recently discovered Avart AV unknowingly pre-installed but inactive (I exclusively use Windws Secuity - and Norton before that). I tried to Uninstall Avast with Windows Uninstaller. Unsuccessful. Avast website advises to D/L and uninstall with their dedicated Uninstaller app. Partial success, which resulted in a 'Fail' message. Then I ran IOBit (Free) Uninstaller to clear junk. Some success but still plenty files and some folders are left (including within the Windows OS itself). However now, 'Restart' is almost immediately interupted by a 'blue-screen' with a choice of 2 options. 'Bo
