Policy Problems

I am attempting to correct the local Group Policy on a DC running

Windows 2003. I am following step 2 of the following KB

My policy is suddenly missing the entries which does not allow the

network connection to come up, unfortunately group policy will not

allow me to make changes while the network is down...I seem to be

stuck in a loop with this one.

 

Is there anyway I can force add the Administrators group to the

correct key?
