Guest Leasee Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 Hi. I have a computer that is running XP Home, 80G HD, with 79% free space. The computer is used mainly for gaming, specifically PlayOnline Final Fantasy XI. All of a sudden we cannot connect to the game. I have tried doing a connection test, and all seems well. I have tried to uninstall the game, but it will only get part way, then stop and go back to the menu, either add remove/programs or the game disk. I have tried to remove the folder by hand, with no results. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I am doing wrong, or how to correct this?
Guest Rich Barry Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 Re: Video Game Problem Go to C:\Program Files and delete the Game Folder. Then go to Start>Run type: regedit click Ok Navigate to HKey_Current_User\Software and delete the game folder if there. Then try reinstalling the Game.
