Win 10 been signed in with temporary profile, can't access my files, says see event log for details???

Quite some time ago, was unable to access my files. Had a notification from Microsoft, saying that I had been signed in with a temporary profile.( You can't access your files, see event log for details...Have looked at event log but cannot understand it and frankly this should not be the case.I have some apps on my desktop, half are missing and I cannot download any programs. Anything I do on this desktop, disappears when restarting, also cannot download Ccleaner to eliminate accumulated bytes over time that slows the computer down.Your help wouldd be greatly appreciated... Thank You...
