Guest Jo Wilkinson Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 My taskbar was double-sized, so I unchecked Quick Launch. When I did this, the vertical arrows disappeared. How do I get them back? I am using Windows XP.
Guest Gary S. Terhune Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 Re: Taskbar problem Re-enable QuickLaunch, I presume. What "vertical" arrow are you talking about? The double arrow pointing to the right that indicates there is more on the QuickLaunch menu than is showing? To reduce the Taskbar from 2 rows to 1, you first unlock it, then grab the top with your mouse (you should see a double arrow) and drag it down. Yes, it can be tricky, but that's the way it's done. Be sure to Lock the Taskbar when you got it back the way you want it. -- Gary S.
