Any solution for a new pc that keeps disconnecting even on a wired connection?

I recently built a pc and everything runs fine except for the wired connection that randomly gets disconnected while gaming, i tried everything from turning off power saving options to promp commands various things i also changed the ethernet cable update all the drivers and did multiple reset of the network.(Operation system is windows 11 pro)
