memory dump

When I power down my machine I get the BSOD with an "irq not less than equal

to" and a physical memory dump. The system works fine, it's just when I

either reboot or shut down that I get this. When it happens I have to hold

the power button for a few seconds to shut the machine down.

 

Any suggestions??
