My Windows Start Bar is wiped out AGAIN

All my Windows Start bar items have disappeared again. Again (fourth time in under a year) I am left with only the Microsoft default "Productivity" set.It really is bugging me. See below where this happened May 2022, November 2022, February 2023 and April 2023.The only thing that works is to restore a backup. I can't keep going back to a 6 month old restore point. Even if I sit and manually rebuild teh Start bar, it will collapse again in 3 months time.Why does this keep happening to me? What exactly IS happening? What do I have to do to fix it? Permanently.Please
