My email says its being used with another Microsoft account, but I cant access nor do I know which account its talking about. How do I get my microsof

Whenever I try to put in my email, it says it does not exist and to "get a new one", and when I click on it I get a "You may already have an account" page and says my account is being used with another Microsoft account. However, I cannot access the other Microsoft account, nor do I know what account its talking about. In addition, when I press the "recover it now" button, the email that pops up is a @hotmail that I have never heard of or seen in my life, and I am no longer able to access my Microsoft account. Can I get some help please.
