Microsoft made me create a new account on an email that already had an account. How do I get my old account back?

As the question says, I tried logging into my account yesterday, and Microsoft told me that the account didn't exist and to make a new one, even though there is proof that my old account exists. After having to create this account, I don't know what happened to the old account and all of the money and saves I put into it. Here is proof that the account existed previously. As seen here, this account was in April 6th in use, and I have an even earlier one dating back to September 1st, 2022. I am confused on why Microsoft not only made me make a new account on this email, but also lose all of my
