I turned off bluetooth to turn it back on and add a device, and my bluetooth stopped working and now my computer says it isn't bluetooth compatible.

As the question states, I removed and attempted to re-add a bluetooth device because it wasn't connecting properly, and then suddenly my computer stopped recognizing bluetooth completely. In addition, the bluetooth troubleshooter stated that my computer is not compatible with bluetooth.I am using an Acer Aspire E5-774G and no alterations have been made to it. This is the second time this issue has occurred, the first time a system reset fixed it for a few days but it almost immediately happened again which leads me to believe that a windows update of some kind caused it.I have turned on the wi
