HP pavilion gaming laptop keyboard issue

I have been having keyboard issues with my HP pavilion gaming laptop.When I press T the cursor automatically goes to the "close" program or "three dots" of the browser. Happens with other keys as well.The tree dots on browser keeps flickering.The typed text gets selected automatically ( Select all).It also seems that Ctrl or Alt key is active even if I don't press them.I have to press escape to continue writing.I've tried to update keyboard driver but it hasn't worked. To check if it's a hardware issue, I used a external keyboard but the problem still persists.It somehow worked when I formatte
