How to set default storage location in windows 11? (Please read the problems other Tech Support Agents Created)

Greetings, In January, two different MS telephone support agents have screwed up my default file location(s). In FEB/MAR, I tried to get help, but my health issues have limited and even prevented me from trying to resolve it until now. Note: I am a Marine, 100% Disabled. My hearing is not that great and trying to hear and understand an individual that is not a Native (American) English speaker, is difficult. The second tech support representative suggested I request a US based tech support representative call and work me through this. That was a complete and total abortion. A story for an
