lost admin choice screen

Hello:

Windows XP Home SP2 latest security updates.

Using f8 to enter safe mode, pop ask to continue "yes" or "no", pick "yes".

Goes directly to my personal account, does not give option screen "Main

Admin. Acct." or "User Account".

Have no problem using admin. rights.

Last time I used,safe mode "three months ago" the choice screen was

available.

How do I retrive the option screen?
