How can I regain access to my laptops dashboard if microsofts new security feature is stopping me from signing in? What can I do to completely remove

My laptop will not allow me to sign because of windows security system. I tried signing in, changing my passwords and even removing the devices from the account but I'm still unable to access my dashboard. I attempted several times to get in contact with some form of technical support. What can I do to completely remove this security feature on my laptop? When I Purchased it in 2020 It didn't have that issue. This is something relatively new. I also sent in a security update request and haven't received any update. help please :(
