pushed outlook.com preview button . all emails disappered in new format. Im 76 have tremor forgive spelling. searched the web in vain. please help

pushed preview got new weeb format. all messages disappeared. got 3 from MS but nothing like the 25 i usually get. I am 76 and have a tremor forgive typing. i searched all over the web. im desperate please help
