Hi all,

We have 4 terminal server windows 2000 advanced server sp4 full

updated using the network load balancing.

We have also a print server with windows 2000 server sp4, full

updated.

The problem we have is tha the spool is hang on the terminal servers.

We are sure that we have problem with a print driver.

There are no version3 drivers installed on this 5 servers.

Any sugestion for tip to solv our problem?

RE: Spooler problem

Normally this happens when you put the printer disk in and install the

printer software instead of the print drivers only
