Does anybody know how to remove the four options of screenshot from the Snipping Tool?

Hi I am having problems with Snipping Tool(My old laptop didn't have this feature that is why I do not really know how to fix it) I usually use the command Win+PrtScn to screenshot, but I have noticed that whenever I take a screenshot I have to pick one of the four options to do so. My question is How can I screenshot properly without it appearing? I prefer to automatically screenshot the full screen rather than having to pick which option do I want to screenshot in. I tried different screenshot commands Alt+PrtScn, Win+ Prt Scn, and Win+Shift+S. They all ended up having me to choose one of 4
