how to change admin/login account without having to reinstall all of my apps, lose any data, change my wallpaper again, etc?

i have scoured the internet and can't find how to do this. i just wanna change the email. if i add another user with the email i want, it acts like ive never used the pc before. it goes through the whole set up and none of my info, apps, wallpapers, etc are there. is this not possible?
