Today I changed my password while re-installing Windows, signed into my account on Windows, Edge, Skype. Then I tried to sign into my hotmail account

I set up an easy password, trusting the required authentication through e-mail and phone.But it seems I need a new password, and the system just won't send me another code for a new password for a day, although I only requested it only while changing it once today, once for my e-mail authentication, once for my phone authentication before...What's the problem, can you help ?
