Did you uninstall all the older graphics drivers before putting the new ones on.

go to C:/Nvidia and tell me whats in that file - there should only be one file the latest one 177.41 I think it is - if there is more than one folder that will be the problem.

I second the advice to test the system using one ram stick at a time.

 

Also, purchase a can of compressed air and blow out the heatsink on the video card and the processor,
