I left my computer on all night while downloading a game and now is in a restart loop

Basically that, between 3.25AM and 9AM (now) my computer was downloading The Sims 4 and I dont know if a had a blue screen ( :( ) in any moment between these hours and now is at restarting loop (and idk how long either).What I can do to stop the restarting loop? Im scared to touch anything and f**cking it up (also i was waiting like crazy for the sims).Also, anybody think what could be the reason why this happened? The last time i touched my comp. it wasnt heating, the hard disk wasnt doing any sounds, I went to sleep like that
