Minecraft screen freezes when playing multiplayer servers but the game is still runing (i can still move, send messages and hear the mobs sounds)

DEVICE SPECIFICATIONS:HP Laptop 15-da0xxxProcessor Intel® Core i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00 GHzInstalled RAM 4.00 GBSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorWINDOWS SPECIFICATIONS:Edition Windows 11 Home Single LanguageVersion 22H2OS build 22621.1992Experience Windows Feature Experience PackWhen i enter a Minecraft multiplayer server, the games runs as normal but after some seconds the sceen freezes but the game itself its still runing, i cant move my camera but i can chat, walk and hear sounds that are hapening around methis is not a issue of the minecraft server i play
