Is it possible to make folder icons stay while folder sharing?

I have this very large folder(filled with smaller folders). To make it eaiser to manage I gave icons to each of the folders. The problem is, once shared with someone(through google drive or etc) the file will not have that icon. Looking into it, the "desktop.ini" file has the file location as my computer's name(Meaning it only works for me). Any way to make it so folder icons will stay through file transfers?
