Is cumulate update including ssu and fixes of all earlier bugs?

1.I'm installing updates by manually to fix some issues (they're obviously issues of software, which was never occured in earlier versions, and now I have couple of latest versions.)If only install cumulate update, then all the bugs fixed without installing additional ssu?Or do I have to install additional ssu update?This is what I asked before, but no more replies from advisor2.And even with cumulative updates updated at same version, same day, all kb numbers are different, its size and classification are different, should I have to install them all?For example, when type "windows 11 x64 22h2
