Remote Administration - PreBoot

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows of an application that enables you to do

remote administration pre-boot (before the OS Starts).

 

Im not sure if i am using the correct terminology, so what i need is

something like remote admin, so i can see the post boot on a machine, get

into the BIOS (CMOS) etc and make changes to SCSI controllers etc on a

machine before the OS Boots?

Hello,

 

when the OS is not even started, you can't run software.

 

2 ways:

-Many servers include now cards (or even on the motherboard directly) that

are connected on the LAN (ethernet) and where you can connect to turn off/on

the power, and see the VGA card output.

-Buy a KVM IP
