had windows 8, updated to 10 (version 22h2h) cannot get action ctr.,start or any functions of windows 10 , looks like they removed everything back to

had windows 8, updated to windows 10 (22h2) non of windows 10 features work (action ctr. start up, settings) seems loke all of windows 10 was removed back to windows 8, to make room for 22h2.?? any feedback.??? All suggestions on how to resolve this problem from microsot don't work. My key board functions are from windows 8 computer
