Why does Win 10 tell me there is no drive in my usb drive?

I have a cheap no name 128gb flash drive. When I first received it I wanted to test it out. I loaded it up with trusted video from my PC drive and all video played and it seemed OK. Then I deleted all the files. The next time I went to used it, it shut down. At first it showed up in Windows (10) as it should. But then when I went to transfer a file, widows stopped the transfer saying there was no pathway or drive to put it. I re-formatted it and it showed up fine. As soon as I started transferring a file, it did stopped. It shows the drive as a usb device with no drive. Tried several times wit
