Hello Microsoft community,- My primary computer crashed and I had to reinstall Windows, when after the re-installation, all BitLocker keys had disappeared from my online office 365 under active device tab.I suspect the old entry was overwritten with new hence I lost access to the recovery keys. Is there any way to restore the device ID or BitLocker keys?I'm hoping someone can help me solve an urgent problem with my BitLocker-protected hard drive. Recently, one of my active devices, containing crucial BitLocker recovery keys, disappeared from my Office 365 account (I trusted MS 365, so I kept t
