I tried to install Deep Rock Galactic on Xbox App for PC and now Windows is acting crazy

The download stopped at 18 MB then I tried to cancel it but both the X and the pause buttons went grey and unusable. Then I tried to play a game there and it just gave me the default app icon at the taskbar and when I right clicked it, it said "GamingServicesUI". I tried to close that and that didn't work. Then the "System" process (at first it was something else that I don't remember) started using 20 percent of my CPU so my fan is going crazy now even though I'm not using any other app.I searched online and uninstalled and reinstalled gaming services through PowerShell but when I open Xbox a
