Why does Windows Mail - People contacts show 2 email addresses? My outlook and the other people's email address.

OK, I want to add an email address to my windows mail/outlook contacts, but when I do it through Windows Mail->People, I see 2 email addresses, other = my outlook email, and Personal = the other persons email address, and when I try to use Cortana to send an email to that person, it gets sent to my outlook email instead, because it has my outlook email as 'Other' in the contacts, and I can't get rid of it.When I add a contact it's supposed to have ONLY the one email address as the Personal email address, or work, or other, but not my email address in 'Other', and when I say "Hey Cortana, se
