Tried deleting recent Windows 11 update, computer now stuck in an infinite loop of "restoring previous version of windows" and blue screening.

I can't get my computer to start in safe boot and the only other thing i could get to open wasBIOS. The blue screen error I'm getting says it is caused by Ntfs.sys with the stop code SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. Im not quite sure what I'm supposed to do as I cant access my desktop. I have tried just waiting, but it seems just loop infinitely. Need suggestions
