Hi,We had some old laboratory equipment donated to our lab. They would originally have been run on windows 7 machines, but we installed the software onto our windows 11 PC to see if we could get it working.The software does install and the program will open, (both on windows 11 or by going to the exe file, and setting it to compatibility mode for windows 7). After installation of the software, we are told to connect the equipment via usb cable and it should automatically try to install the drivers, and this is where the problems start.It does not automatically open, so I then went to device m
