New windows 11 version (22H2) has problems with fullscreen games using intel iris graphics

Games such as : valorant, and fortnite, can't use fullscreen mode if i launch game using intel iris graphics. I had windows 11 version 23h2 (fullscreen didn't work) and then I switched to tiny11 which uses first 22h2 (i didn't have the "bug"), and then when i upgraded, the same "bug" occurred. I once asked valorant support and gave me the solution : delete intel drivers using DDU, and then reinstall, which worked !! but a few days after that, it happened again. I can play valorant using nvidia mx230 but using intel iris, i get way more fps on all games.
