Everytime I try to open the Microsoft Store (through wsrest.exe command thing) it shows me a file system error -2147219195

My Microsoft store won't open at all. I've gone in setting and repaired and reset it but it still won't open at all. I would've tried to uninstall it and reinstall it through powershell but you can't really uninstall the Microsoft store. I have a Windows 10.
