Guest shirlaust Posted August 24, 2007 Posted August 24, 2007 Have been unable to get help and support open in my xp home edition...in trying to9 get it working I have followed directions and gone into services.msc and set the help and support to automatic/start pressed apply and ok....still can't get it open..tried typing in run/msconfig but that is also not available and I am not sure what to do anymore....I have tried to open these things in safe mode also and they don't work there either. I am not sure when they stopped working., or why they stopped working, have also done ccleaner, spybot, virus scan and nothing comes up. Please I need some help
