Hi.. I just loaded some video to Win 10 and when trying to access, says I need a new extension to Codec. Do I need to purchase for every video ? Maur

Hi.. I just loaded some video to Win 10 and when trying to access, says I need a new extension to Codec. It does not say if I need to purchase for every video or will a one time purchase add the extension for all videos ? Maureen
