Removed local user from lusrmgr /delete now can't login even I login to my Microsoft account on mobile. But on pc says incorrect.

I deleted local user using lusrmgr /delete now I stuck at lock screen it says a password has been changed on another device. And password incorrect. Shows two profiles on lock screen. I tried to open advance startup and command prompt but asked administrator password and saying incorrect all my passwords.
