Guest Grace Posted August 24, 2007 Posted August 24, 2007 -Does anyone know how to remedy this? My laptop frequently gets the blue screen saying "Windows has been shut down... Kernal-stackInpage error. Stop 0(XC0000185, 0XC0000185, Ox0000000, 0x00981000) Beginning dump of physical memory" I just got a new hard drive because of this, but it keeps happening. I had just started Spysweeper but paused it and was doing a disk clean-up and then the blue screen came up and I had to shut down. I would really appreciate it if any of you could help. Best Buy Geek Squad says it's a Windows problem. Thanks. -- Grace
