Searching Dupes file finder for 2 different file sets (!!!)

All the duplicate file finder tools I have seen so far allow only to find

dupes within the same directory tree or even partition.

 

What I need is a dupes file finder which finds only those dupes which have a

twin/copy in one file set (e.g. the recursive directory tree D:\newfiles\*.*)

and the other twin/copy in another, different recursive directory tree (e.g. D:\proj\*.*).

Dupes within the same directory are of no interest.

 

Does someone know such a "special" dupe file finder ?
