I can't log into my pc anymore after I got my microsoft account hacked

I need help, my laptop (my second pc) was signed into a microsoft account I no longer had anymore and it wouldn't let me sign out of that account (and I think I had viruses/malware on the pc) so I decided to reset the laptop to factory settings not keeping any of my files and then the reset finishes but my hacked microsoft account was still on the pc and because I did a factory reset it removed the PIN so the only way I can sign in is to use the microsoft account password WHICH WAS CHANGED BY THE HACKER so I can't get into my pc and I don't think the reset worked properly which it said it woul
