Our app is running slower in Windows Server 2019 compared to Windows Server 2008 R2.This is also reproduceable in Windows 10 Dev Machine. We tried to replace the vbscript.dll from 2008 R2 to our Dev Machine and we can see a lot of improvements. Now I'd like to know if there would be any impact we do the same thing to our Windows Server 2019.If there's any suggestions, I'd like to hear it. If this won't make any impact of having an old version of DLL in a new OS version, then we will proceed on this change.Reference: VBSCRIPT slow under Windows Feature Update 1803
