where can i chat or speak with someone from microsoft - NOT AI and NOT HAVE TO PAY (which is where it keeps taking me). I just bought a computer and need help with saving pictures outside ONE drive as it is now almost out of room. I have questions . I have been trying for almost 2 hours!! thanks
