Windows 10 most recent update , lost power while updating now I only get blue screened on boot up and stuck at bios

I was updating my pc with the most recent windows update when I had a power flicker and cut off. When restarting my pc I got blue screened. After it restarts it says the automatic repair has failed and puts in bios. I have tried multiple commands in the command box as long with just resetting it. I’ve been trying by myselfFor two days now with no luck. How do I fix this windows error and get back into my pc?
