password-requiring dialogue doesn't appear when opening protected files in a zip folder

Hi,I was sent a password-protected zip file, and I have the password.I can open the zip folder without any problem, but not the files inside. When I click on one, a message like this appears:"Windows cannot complete the extraction.The destination file could not be created."and no password-requiring window appears, and I can't extract them either. I tried to include a screenshot but it won't upload :) The files are extremely important to be accessed ASAP, but I don't know how I can access them. Please Help!The OS is windows 11.
