Help? pixelation on images and textures in games. Frequent crashes when opening or closing tabs in any browser

This started out of the blue when I started my computer around a month ago. I recently got my gpu replaced via warranty, thinking it was the cause, only to find the issue has persisted. I've run a number of scans in the command prompt, tried using one ram stick or the other, reinstalling my drivers, and more. Thanks,-Xcizer
