DCOM Server Process Launcher does not start.

Uninstalled Symantec Client and reinstalled. DCOM Server Process Launcher

does not start and shows it is starting. Due to which PING does not work

neither does the DHCP server running on the domain controller works.

 

Workstations are not able to ping to the DC. Any ideas or thoughts would be

appreciated for me to get this DCOM service up and running. Thanks in advance
